In setup, I hit F6 to install a 3rd party driver for the controller, but I don’t have 7vasp disc to do so. You might try putting in the driver cd and exploring it.

I’ve just installed ya raid driver and I’m ready to switch the drive from ide socket to a raid socket according to the instructions in the manual, and plug another drive to the second raid socket.
Rzid eventually got mine working. I am having a similar problem with this motherboard. Think it’s the CPU? If you place a CDRW on the raid channel it will be limited to 16x write, reguardless of what speed drive you have.
The time now is So I manually changed the bus to mhz the maximum. I’m planning to set it as raid 0.

Joined Dec Posts I tried loading the optimized defaults, but that didn’t do anything. That, and the fact that the fan was bouncing around inside my case tearing up wires really screwed things up in there.
There is a file fa should install these for you. I did, however, flash my BIOS.

That’ because it’s still running on the mhz bus. Now, though, with a new fan everything seems to be running fine, except for ag fact that my board is running at a mhz bus. With that, the BIOS sees the ta as abut the system becomes unstable, so I bumped it back down to mhz. On the bus, there is a jumper near one of the PCI slots that has 3 pads.
